Ormiston Endeavour Academy has been praised by Ofsted for its harmonious environment and ambitious curriculum as it retains its good status.
The report highlights how the academy provides ‘a good quality curriculum’ that ensures students are ‘taught essential knowledge well’ and that is underpinned by a strong culture of ‘high ambition’.
During the inspection, which took place on the 16 and 17 of March, inspectors noted how students “appreciate and live up to the staffs’ high expectations of behaviour and achievement”, and “enjoy coming to school”.
Throughout the report, inspectors praised a wide range of areas where the academy is working exceptionally to ensure the best educational outcomes for its students. Notably:
The exceptionally positive report is a testament to the hard work of the students, staff, the Trust and the wider community in creating a positive environment where students are able to flourish.
Leadership at the academy, with support from the Trust, are looking forward to building on the strong foundations that have been outlined in the report to continue providing an exceptional education for all students.
