  • Model OAT HR policies for you to adopt post-conversion through consultation with your local Trade Union representatives.
  • Changing employment law legislation that may effect you and your academy
  • Teaching and support staff terms and conditions - hands on support if needed for complex casework including employment tribunals.
  • Advice around restructuring/reorganisation and teacher recruitment.
  • Access quality training and development for your own HR staff and talent development.
