This is an exciting opportunity at Venture Academy that can provide a pathway into teaching. We would look to support those looking to progress into a career in teaching through their degree and/or initial teacher training.

As a member of our raising achievement team, you will be working with individuals and small groups to support them in their learning both in and out of the classroom. This will include a range of subjects across the curriculum and requires both the ability and attitude to unlock the potential within our students.
