Having initially joined the academy as a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT), Helen has carried out various roles. In each of these roles, she has always ensured she is supporting students and providing them with access to an exceptional education. Helen is recognised by other staff for always ensuring Ormiston Bushfield Academy is flourishing and catering to students from all religions, cultures and social backgrounds.
Ormiston Bushfield Academy has also been awarded the Certificate of Excellence for the Making a Difference Award.
