“We are so pleased to be welcoming our students back to school today as they collect their GCSE results. It has been a challenging year, but we are so proud of the way in which our students have pulled together and remained committed and positive throughout.

“Our school is on a journey and despite the unique circumstances of this year, we will continue to lead Sandymoor with a clear vision that every pupil is given the best opportunities, regardless of starting points or barriers to learning. A huge congratulations to all our GCSE students, who are now embarking on their next steps.”

Sandymoor Ormiston Academy takes pride in being the school that every child wants to remain part of, even after they have completed their studies, as it continues to remain at the heart of their community throughout their lives.
