Cowes Enterprise College continues to celebrate fantastic achievements in their A-levels

Students and staff at Cowes Enterprise College are celebrating today after receiving their A-level results, enabling them to secure places at prestigious universities, on coveted apprenticeships and selected employment.

The sixth form students at Cowes Enterprise College have achieved some excellent results which reflect the hard work and commitment shown throughout their studies.

All students across the academy performed incredibly well, with some of the individual standout achievements including:

  • Kieron Young has successfully achieved A*, A*, A and will be reading mechanical engineering at the University of Manchester
  • Lucy Ashdown has successfully achieved A*, A*, B and will be reading psychology at the University of Surrey.
  • Fina Bell has successfully achieved A*, A*, B and will be reading psychology in education at the University of York
  • Lexi Bird has successfully achieved A*, A, A and will be reading illustration at the Brighton School of Art
  • Samuel Rivett has successfully achieved A, A, A, Distinction and will be reading psychology at the University of Exeter
  • Billy Williams has successfully achieved Distinction*, Distinction*, B and will be studying sport and exercise science at the University of Chichester

Rachel Kitley, principal said: “We are incredibly proud of our students and what they have achieved this year. Their results reflect another strong year for the academy as a whole, but also demonstrate the dedication and commitment of the pupils themselves, as well as our hardworking staff and supportive wider community. We look forward to seeing the future successes of our students.”
