Students at Ormiston Bridge Academy are celebrating their GCSE results today and are now getting ready to take the next steps in their educational journey.
Senior leaders reflected that they are extremely proud of the school’s students, who they say have gained not only educational qualifications, but developed as lovely young people who they wish every success for in their next steps. Alongside the continued success of the academy, some individual highlights include:
Ormiston Bridge Academy is one of OAT’s alternative provision (AP) providers and was also pleased to see 41% of children achieve 6 or more GCSEs, and 80% of children gaining grade 4 and above in art and design GCSE.
Ziah Raphael, principal at Ormiston Bridge Academy, said: “We are hugely proud of our students for the way in which they have approached their education at Ormiston Bridge Academy. We are excited to see them continue their educational journey and wish them every success for their post-16 placements. I also want to thank our staff, and the wider school community, for the ongoing and invaluable support they have provided our students.”
