Interim National Director of Transformation
Ed co-founded Reach Academy Feltham, an all-through free school which opened in 2012. He led the school for eight years and has since been developing Reach’s cradle-to-career model in Feltham while working with trusts around the country to support the development of similar approaches. Ed has a keen interest in early years and is on the advisory Board of the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, as well as being a trustee of the Confederation of School Trusts. Ed is on a part-time secondment to OAT from his role as Managing Director of the Reach Foundation.
