Natasha became an integral part of Ormiston in 2022, assuming the role of Regional Executive Principal and subsequently taking on the position of Education Director for academies in the west. With a wealth of experience in senior education roles, Natasha’s journey before joining OAT included a successful tenure as headteacher, where she demonstrated her leadership prowess. She also served as a school improvement advisor for another trust and was a director at a teaching and national support school, where she collaborated with an alliance of over 30 schools to implement impactful school improvement strategies at scale. Natasha brings a comprehensive perspective to education, further enriched by her role as an experienced Ofsted inspector.

In her current capacity, Natasha is pivotal, overseeing school improvement and strategy across Ormiston’s national portfolio of secondary schools. Leading a dynamic team comprising education directors, lead practitioners, and the director of inclusion, she is dedicated to supporting, challenging, and enhancing the provision and outcomes for our young people. Natasha’s leadership embodies a commitment to fostering excellence in education, ensuring a positive impact on the lives and futures of the pupils within the Ormiston community.
